Title: Meddlesome Mirrors
Author/Artist: pepperam
Pairings: Harry/Ginny, Neville/Hannah, Ron/Hermione, George/Angelina
Rating: PG 13 for language and some innuendo
Word Count: ~8500
Summary: George’s new invention is about to blow open a few secrets.

Author/Artist's Notes: Another impromptu pinch-hit from me, since a class I was supposed to be taking got cancelled and I found myself with some extra time. aggiebell90 helped me out a lot in getting “May the Second” up and running, and now she’s helped the rest of us out by putting together the Masterlist! She never received her gift so when I got this idea from looking at her prompts, I really wanted to write it for her. I hope you like it, aggiebell90. Please forgive my abysmal lack of knowledge on all things plant-related. You can laugh at me, it’s okay. I also want to give a huge thank you to Cognitur over on SIYE for all of his help in beta-reading this for me. Again, if anyone is still working on something for aggiebell90, please don’t be put off from finishing and posting your piece because of this. Thank you!

Carrick and I have really not deserted you completely although I am sure it seems that way!

We apologize!  We went out of town for more than two weeks in June to July and it seems that after we came home we have been running crazily ever since.  We really appreciate all of you chipping in and helping with getting some of our tasks accomplished as well as filling in as a pinch-hitter without even being asked.

I hope you will forgive our slobbiness.  We really have been pulled in a million different directions these last few weeks.

We appreciate everyone and although we have not had time to comment on all of your projects, we have read them and we have been really impressed with all of them!

Mods, I hope y'all don't mind. I had some extra time, so I put the masterlist for this year's fest together.

Title: May The Second
Author/Artist: pepperam
Pairing: Harry/Ginny (with mentions of Ron/Hermione, Bill/Fleur, and Molly/Arthur)
Rating: R, just to be on the safe side, for language and a sexual situation
Word Count: 8,465
Summary: The morning following the battle of Hogwarts is a strange one for Ginny. She watches her family - now changed forever - while desperately wanting to escape, to find her way back to Harry and the way that she felt with him.

Author/Artist's Notes: I am so terribly sorry for being so late in getting this in. Thank you so much to Julie for beta reading this for me on such short notice. st_dl, I am particularly sorry for making you wait so long. I chose to work with your prompt: "Ginny's reflections after the war about herself, her family and/or Harry." This is new territory for me as I usually contribute artwork to these things, and this is my first Harry Potter fanfic (so hopefully it's not a disappointment). Thank you so much for your patience!

Title: That's my story
Author/Artist: ST-DL
Pairing: Harry/Ginny, mention of Ron/Hermione
Rating: R
Word Count: 2,188
Summary: This is the story about growing up. This is the story about living your dreams. This is the story of Ginny Weasley, famous Harpies chaser.
Author/Artist's Notes: I'm so sorry for being so late. Turkeyish, I hope you enjoy the story, even though it's not quite what you asked for. I blame Ginny, she wouldn't have it any other way. I tried.

Title: No Boundaries
Author/Artist: lunalovepotter
Pairing: Harry/Ginny
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 1,690
Summary: Now that the war is over and she is free to pursue romance with Harry, Ginny doesn't quite know what to do.
Author's Notes: Thank you so much to the Mods, snuggle_muggle and carrickorourke, for their patience in allowing me the extra time. I sincerely apologize to my recipient for being so late, as I had a very hard time settling on an idea that worked. I tried to make it fit your prompt as best I could, and I hope you enjoy the result. Thank you also to my wonderful beta, luvscharlie. :)

Title: Through the Looking Glass
Author/Artist:Almond_Joyz
Pairing: Harry/Ginny
Rating: PG
Word Count: 2127
Summary: Harry finds a way to keep in touch with Ginny when they're apart...which is rather often.

Author/Artist's Notes: I hope this fits your request. My brain wasn't sharp enough to get into figurative mirrors, while Neville and the Weasleys went MIA. Thanks to my lovely beta LunaLovePotter.

Lifting it up, she smiled as she saw Harry's faceCollapse )

Title: Just Like Mum
Author: aggiebell90
Pairing: Harry/Ginny, lots and lots of George, with mentions of George/Angelina, Ron/Hermione and Arthur/Molly
Rating: G
Word Count: ~2100
Summary: What the daughter does, the mother did. ~Jewish Proverb (Or, Ginny's more than a little dismayed to learn she's more like her mum than she thought.)

Author/Artist's Notes: snuggle_muggle, you asked for the reflections to be themes/actions repeating themselves again after a few years either by the same person or by a different generation. You also asked for Lily and James' actions repeating in Harry and Ginny, but, well, Lily and James were being highly uncooperative. Molly, however, was was more than willing to help.

Many, many thanks to the amazing and wonderful sherylyn for her super-speedy beta job. I was still late, but because of her, I got this posted today instead of next week. ♥

You know, you look just like Mum when you do that.Collapse )

Now that the holiday is over and Carrick and I have posted our stories, it is time to start nagging those of you who haven't posted yet to please get your stories finished.  I know it can sometimes be hard, but your giftees are waiting for your contributions, so now is the time to get them posted.

I've been out of town and had  a rather sketchy internet connection, so I haven't checked my messages/e-mails, but I'm back now and I will be looking there to see who needs help.  Within the next day or so, I will be sending out notices if I haven't heard from you with an estimated posting date.

Thanks for the great stories/art already posted!  I haven't had time to offer comments on all of them, but I will.  So far, I've thought they've all been really well-written and drawn.
